How do I get my ticket?
After paying you get a QR by WhatsApp and email. Show it on your phone; no need to print.
How old do kids need to be?
Most tours start at age 4. The horseback ride to the waterfall starts at 12. Each tour page says so.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and shoes, Cap, sunglasses and sunscreen, Camera or binoculars, A small backpack, Some extra cash.
Can I bring my pet?
It depends on the experience. Ask us before booking.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Outside drinks are not allowed.
What if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. To change your date, let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
How do I know when the return truck comes?
Your ticket link and the Returns today page show your truck's return time and any delay.
